Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts & Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, handle HR and administrative tasks, assist with accounting duties, and provide secretarial support to management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR tasks such as employee records, recruitment support, and onboarding.
  • Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain office filing systems.
  • Support accounting activities like invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Provide secretarial support, including scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and drafting correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (HR, Admin, Accounts, or Secretary).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
