Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts & Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, handle HR and administrative tasks, assist with accounting duties, and provide secretarial support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR tasks such as employee records, recruitment support, and onboarding.
- Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain office filing systems.
- Support accounting activities like invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Provide secretarial support, including scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and drafting correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role (HR, Admin, Accounts, or Secretary).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
