- Minimum 2 years of Estimation experience in the Contracting field.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic knowledge of CAD.

- Interpret project specifications and drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and accurate cost estimates.
- Study tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing.
