Urgently Required: Accountant/Purchaser
A small but rapidly expanding firm in Bahrain is looking for an Accountant/Purchaser.
Details:
- Location: Bahrain (Only applicants residing in Bahrain with transferrable sponsorship should apply)
- Salary: BD 250 (Slightly negotiable based on age and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and General Ledger.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Reconcile with clients, suppliers, and banks.
- Manage petty cash and approve reimbursable expense invoices.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, sales summaries, and collection reports.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Handle all accounting matters, payroll, MIS, and auditing tasks.
- Visit banks and manage financial reporting for bank loan purposes.
- Perform ratio analysis and coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Age: 30-35 years.
- Experience: 5-10 years in accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software, especially MS Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in administration, local, and international purchasing.
- Must hold a Bahrain or GCC driver’s license.
- Non-smoker.
